This workshop will discuss pressing questions that intersect the landscape of experiments and observations planned for the next decade. The workshop will bring together (primarily) theorists working at the intersections of cosmology, neutrino and particle physics to address both the potential and pitfalls of these probes as an avenue for discovery both in isolation and in concert. The goal will be to identify new science targets well-suited to the intersection of cosmological and lab-based neutrino measurements.
